This is part 3 to my maiden voyage on Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas in 2016. Follow me in part 1 of my maiden voyage on Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas in 2016 where i shared on my experience in the check in process, stateroom condition and food available and part 2 where I share on the activities on board Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Sea. In this final part, I will share on some of the performances and shows on board. The Savoy Theater @ Deck 3,4The Savoy Theater on Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Sea is where you get to watch world class production shows every night. They have different shows every night from Welcome Abroad Production show on first day of cruise, to Broadway style performances during day at sea and Farewell Show on the last night of cruise. Be ready to be entertained with world class songs and dance back by beautiful stage setup and costumes. Do note that the performances and shows varies between your duration of cruise, destination of cruise and type of cruise. During my 3rd night, we were entertained with a series of oldies English songs like "I will Always Love You" and even some Cantonese and Chinese songs like "叉烧包" delivered by a Cantonese Diva from Hong Kong to the delight of my parents. Took some photos below but taking picture from my phone did no justice to the wonderful performances we get to enjoy on board. You will need to go and experience them yourself. Ice Under The Big Top @ Deck 5Ice Under the Big Top is a circus style performance on ice. To be honest, I like this performance way more than anything offered in the Savoy Theater. This is because this performance is entertaining (There are comedy skits involved), engaging (audience especially kids were welcome to the ice rink to board a special train which was part of the performance), dazzling (many songs and dance) and captivating (involves acrobatic stunts). Besides the main performances, you can also listen to jazz music at the bar or have some fun at their disco club.
All in all there are many world class performances for the whole family.
