Tokyo is a vast metropolis filled with many activities waiting for you to explore. There are various accommodations that you can consider out of its 23 wards, but my top choice would be an accommodation in the Shinjuku area. Shinjuku is at the heart of Tokyo. It has great mix of shopping, entertainment, restaurants and even parks. But the main reason why I recommend staying in this region is because you can literally visit anywhere in Tokyo from Shinjuku Station. During my Autumn Japan Family Trip (07112018 - 14112018), we stayed at Shinjuku Prince Hotel and below is my review. How to GoShinjuku Prince Hotel is North of Shinjuku Station. It is about 10 minutes walk with luggage. Exit from Shinjuku East Exit. The RoomTokyo hotel rooms are generally small due to limited space but we managed to book a room with ample space for 3 adults and our luggage. And the toilet was the biggest among all the accommodation i have tried in Japan. But the best part of this room is the view!!!! OverallThe rooms in Shinjuku Prince Hotel is spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located within close proximity to Shinjuku Station and close to many restaurants including Ichiran Ramen.
I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a place to stay in Shinjuku.
